2. Photography & Portfolio Consent

We deeply respect the privacy and cultural traditions of our clients and their families. Event photographs, teaser reels, and films are published on our public website or social channels only when explicit written permission has been granted. Clients retain the right to request restriction or removal of personal imagery at any time.

3. Data Retention & Secure Storage

Contact records, event briefs, and delivery tracking information are stored securely in our internal booking system. We never sell, lease, or share personal contact details with third-party advertisers or lead-generation brokers.

4. Media Archival & Raw Footage Storage

Raw footage and master high-resolution camera archives are retained on local secure drives for 90 days following final gallery delivery to safeguard against accidental client data loss. Long-term cold archival can be arranged upon request.
