1. Bookings & Date Reservation

Event dates and production crews are formally reserved on our calendar only upon receipt of the mutually agreed token advance and written project scope confirmation. Initial enquiries, quotation discussions, or availability checks do not hold dates without advance confirmation.

2. Standard Payment Milestones

Unless agreed otherwise in a customized corporate contract, our standard event milestone schedule is:

• 25% Advance Retainer: Required to block dates and allocate cinematographers and primary shooters.
• 50% On Event Day: Due on or before the primary ceremony day.
• 25% Final Delivery: Due upon review and release of the final high-resolution photo gallery and master cinematic films.

3. Rescheduling & Unforeseen Delays

We understand family timelines or weather emergencies may require ceremony rescheduling. In such events, we make every reasonable effort to accommodate new dates subject to crew calendar availability. Advance written notice is requested at the earliest feasible time.

4. Deliverable Handover & Revision Rounds

Digital preview teasers (20–40 handpicked color-graded photos) are delivered within 72 hours of ceremony completion. Full color-corrected galleries and cinematic highlight films are handed over within agreed contractual turnaround times. Clients receive one complimentary feedback round for cinematic video drafts within 14 days of screening.
